Job summary

Dow is seeking a Logistics-SS1 Logistics Operator in Croydon to join the Site Services Department. The role operates in a union environment and begins at $20.25 per hour, with duties spanning packaging lines, forklift operation, receiving and staging materials, and shipments.

Candidate must have a High School diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and be able to work rotating shifts including overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a current, valid US driver’s license.
• Willing to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Operate drum and tote packaging lines.
• Forklift operation.
• Receive and stage packaged raw materials and supplies.
• Prepare packaged goods shipments (stretch wrap, labeling, etc.).
• Load/shipping packaged trailers and bulk liquid containers.
• Perform basic SAP transactions for shipping and receiving.
• Inventory cycle counting.
• Maintain daily records and reports.
• Training and issuing permits; other tasks as assigned.
