Job summary

ERKA FOODS LTD is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Forklift Operative in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on receiving, moving and dispatching palletised goods with regular forklift use, maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.

You will load/unload deliveries, move pallets, prepare orders, pick items, verify paperwork and store stock in correct locations while keeping the facility clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Manual handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles using a forklift.
• Moving and organising pallets safely within the warehouse.
• Preparing and wrapping pallets ready for customer orders and dispatch.
• Picking and preparing orders accurately.
• Checking incoming and outgoing goods against paperwork.
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
