Logistics Operative - SAP Experience Required

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting experienced candidates with SAP knowledge in Logistics to join their busy client in Hatfield. We have three temporary roles, ending between January 2026 and March 2026. Extensions and opportunities to transfer to other departments will be available for successful candidates.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00

Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour + Holiday

Despatch / Stores:

Knowledge of export compliance is required, as you will be raising commercial invoices. Previous logistical experience is highly desirable. ERP system experience, preferably SAP, is required.

Responsibilities include using courier vendor platforms for UK and international shipments, ensuring SAP queues are cleared, liaising with scheduling, using escalation routes, and providing end-of-day reports.

Reverse Line Operative:

Requires previous administration and SAP experience. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of serial number/asset tracking, processing components/devices on SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM, updating SAP, raising RMAs, managing vendor warranty returns, handling queries within SLA, maintaining reports with Excel, and meeting performance targets.

Goods In Operative:

Must have previous SAP experience and strong Goods In department experience. Logistical knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities include receiving and handling incoming goods, unloading deliveries, inspecting items, managing inventory with SAP, and ensuring accuracy.
