Job summary

Safran Gloucester site is seeking a logistics support member to assist with the receipt and despatch of components in a busy warehouse. You will work closely with production teams to meet customer expectations and ensure procedures are followed with accuracy and care.

The role requires a forklift licence (desirable), lifting and slingings experience, a full UK driving licence, and solid warehouse exposure, with an emphasis on communication, multitasking, and teamwork.

The role:

Working as a key member of the Logistics team in a busy environment you will be responsible for a range of activities to support the receipt and despatch of components while conforming to regulatory and procedural requirements. You will be supporting the Production Teams in all general activities to achieve our customer's expectations. This is a multi-tasking, support based role.

What You'll Bring:

• Current and valid Forklift Driver Licence is desirable
• Lifting & Slinging experience
• Fully UK Driving Licence is essential
• Experience of working in a warehouse or distribution center
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Can do, positive attitude and a flexible approach
• Intermediate level of numeric and literacy skills, with high attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team
