What you could be doing...
- Managing customer accounts across purchasing, shipping, storage and ongoing delivery to agreed schedules
- Analysing stock levels and customer forecasts to maintain optimum inventory and prevent overstock or shortages
- Collaborating with customers to understand supply needs and aligning stock management strategy accordingly
- Supporting the sales team by ensuring samples and production orders are moved forward efficiently
- Monitoring and reducing slow-moving stock through regular analysis and proactive communication
- Building positive relationships with supply partners and ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
- Coordinating effectively with colleagues across sales, engineering, and operations to ensure a seamless service
- Using ERP systems (Navision) to manage inventory and provide accurate reports
- Contributing to continuous improvement and helping the business become a supplier of choice
What we’re looking for...
- Experience in logistics, operations, stock control or supply chain coordination
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload with changing priorities
- Familiarity with inventory control principles and best practices
- Confident using ERP systems (Navision preferred) and strong Excel/data analysis skills
- A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers
- High attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and forecasts
- Team-focused and committed to improving both operational performance and customer experience
- Eager to grow and contribute to a business on an upward trajectory
