UK Logistics & Operations Manager – Fresh Produce Powerhouse (Hybrid)
Location: UK – Hybrid

Are you ready to take the wheel in one of the UK’s largest fresh produce import operations outside the major retailers?

We’re looking for a logistics-savvy, detail-obsessed operations leader to head up our clients UK logistics and admin team. You’ll be the engine room behind their Southern Hemisphere procurement, the steady hand linking commercial teams with finance, and the mentor who builds efficiency and clarity into our fast-moving world.

What You’ll Own

• Lead their logistics and sales admin teams – coach, optimise, and elevate performance
• Ensure smooth delivery of produce from port to client, with zero delays
• Be the central hub between commercial, finance, agents, and operations
• Own account sales, forecasting, advances, customs documents and more
• Maintain and build strong working relationships with shippers and clearance agents
• Help shape our post-Brexit re-export capability and compliance strategy
• Drive continuous process improvements and data accuracy across platforms

What You’ll Bring

• Logistics/operations experience in an import-based business (fresh produce = a bonus)
