Logistics/Operations Advisor

We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking and innovative business in Abingdon who are looking to recruit a Temporary Logistics/Operations Advisor.

As Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday in a 1 year temporary contract. This role offers hybrid working 2/3 days in the office per week.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

1. Leading and improving the Transport Management Systems and Logistic IT systems
2. Creating and publishing system improvements
3. Assisting with training new members of the team on the systems
4. Developing long term plans for the department and system

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience within the supply chain industry
2. Experience in using Transport Management Systems
3. Excellent organisation and communication skills
