Role Purpose

As the Network Capacity Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our logistics network is optimally designed and scaled to meet current and future demand. You will oversee the development and refinement of capacity models, drive data-led decision-making, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of our network planning processes. Your leadership will shape the strategic direction of our logistics infrastructure and ensure the right capacity in the right place to meet store and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Capacity Analysts, fostering analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the logistics network has the right capacity in the right locations to meet current and forecasted demand.
  • Oversee development, validation, and enhancement of network capacity models for tactical and strategic planning.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to align capacity planning with business objectives.
  • Standardize data sources, reporting processes, and modelling methodologies across the team.
  • Evaluate and implement network optimization tools to improve logistics efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and compellingly.
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively identify capacity risks or opportunities.
What You’ll Need
  • Proven experience in capacity planning, network design, or logistics analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Databricks
    • Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling)
    • SQL (data extraction, transformation, analysis)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Experience with network optimization tools or simulation software is a plus.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
