We are seeking an experienced Logistics Site Manager to oversee logistics operations on a high-volume residential project in North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional to take control of site logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site logistics, including deliveries, material distribution, and waste management.
• Manage traffic and pedestrian movement to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site protocols.
• Work closely with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a well-organised work-flow.
• Manage and allocate storage areas, keeping the site clear and functional.
• Supervise and direct logistics personnel, including traffic marshals and delivery teams.
• Report progress and any logistical issues to senior site management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager/Site Manager on large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction site logistics, traffic management, and material handling.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred.
• CSCS card required.
