  • Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor / Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management.
  • 3PL experience is an advantage.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, including inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIsto identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Experience in handling perishables (advantageous).
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor / Logistics Manager
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management and shipping processes
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (ERP/CRM) and shipping documentation
  • Good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3PL experience
