Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our project team in Blyth, United Kingdom. You will lead site logistics, develop delivery plans, coordinate with project teams and suppliers, and ensure safety and efficiency across the construction lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, 5–7 years of logistics experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects, and strong planning, communication and health & safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or similar discipline.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities on a fast-paced site.
Knowledge of health and safety requirements related to site logistics.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all site logistics activities across the project lifecycle.
Develop and implement site logistics plans in line with project requirements.
Coordinate deliveries, material handling, and site movements to ensure efficiency.
Manage site access, traffic management, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align logistics with the programme.
Prepare and issue logistics reports to the project team and senior management.
