1. Oversee customs, shipping modes, documentation, and delivery timelines.
2. Define and manage KPIs across service delivery, cost, speed, and compliance.
3. Own and manage rolling global demand forecasts.
4. Collaborate with Fleet Operations to align asset needs with business growth.
5. Use predictive tools and historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
6. Ensure logistics execution is tightly aligned with anticipated demand.
7. Maintain optimal inventory levels across global hubs to ensure OTIF delivery.
8. Monitor performance via availability, on-time delivery rates, and transit adherence.
