Qualifications
- Proven experience managing logistics, warehouse, or distribution operations.
- Experience leading teams within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and dispatch processes.
- Experience coordinating transport and customer deliveries.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and people management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse, goods-in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
- Ensure materials and finished goods are handled, stored and moved efficiently.
- Coordinate transport providers to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement and Customer Service teams.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, budgets, productivity and service performance.
- Lead, develop and motivate warehouse and logistics personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
- Promote the highest standards of health and safety.

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:
