Job Title: Logistics Manager

Introduction:

Liberty Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a leading distributor to find a Logistics Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role, primarily based in the office.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for managing logistics, transport, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure health & safety compliance among employees.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and report on depot KPIs.
3. Manage depot financial budgeting and control.
4. Lead and motivate a team of 8, with potential growth to 13.
5. Optimize resource, driver, and vehicle utilization.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in a similar logistics environment, with strong knowledge of H&S practices, people management, and leadership skills. Ability to build teams and lead by example.
