Job description

A very successful family business is seeking a Logistics Manager to co-ordinate the storage and despatch of stock.

Some of your duties will include:

1. Managing vehicle fleet and supervising a team of Drivers and Warehouse Assistants.
2. Working closely with the management team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
3. Co-ordinating vehicle checks, inspections, maintenance, and servicing.
4. Ensuring that the Warehouse is operated efficiently and is clean and tidy at all times.
5. Working with the administration team to plan driver routes and delivery schedules.
6. Attending client premises when needed to oversee installation projects.
