Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a leading FMCG business to recruit an experienced logistics professional. The successful applicant will play crucial part in implementing and managing logistics processes into and out of Europe.
Candidate Experience :
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management is essential.
- Recent work experience in customs processes for both imports and exports.
- A good knowledge of duty, customs and VAT rules for European trade.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and equipment.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Familiarity with SAP system preferred.
- Previous experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) is a plus.
