Logistics Manager

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Hours: 7:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with Saturdays required if needed

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee our Accident Repair Centre in Bognor Regis. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing courtesy cars, vehicle transportation, and A Team staff across the group, ensuring seamless vehicle movement, resource optimization, and maintaining high customer service standards. You will work in a fast-paced, modern environment, collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing vehicle logistics, including arrivals, departures, and transfers
  • Coordinating courtesy car availability for customers
  • Developing efficient transportation routes and schedules
  • Working with the Fleet Manager to ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance
  • Collaborating with the Claims Team to manage bookings and capacity
  • Partnering with Regional Managers to allocate staff effectively

Requirements:

  • CPC licence
  • CILT qualification
  • Proven logistics management experience, preferably in automotive or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle transportation regulations and safety standards
