The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech have a new vacancy for an experienced Logistics professional to join our Integrated Supply Chain & Asset Management team. This role, based in our Aberdeen office, will oversee international transport and logistics of equipment. Responsibilities will include working to implement strategic agreements with global freight forwarders, setting performance standards and tracking their performance. You will have import and export accountability across the areas we work in; ensuring movements are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
The Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have a strong background global freight forwarding, transportation routes, regulations, tariffs and global customs. You will have a solution-focused mindset, be able to build rapport across different levels and countries and be able to make sound financial decisions. Key performance indicators will include shipments delivered on time.
