A leading recruitment agency in the Bolton area is seeking a dedicated LGV Instructor to deliver high-quality training for LGV Licence Acquisition. The role includes conducting training sessions, supporting drivers, and maintaining compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid LGV licence and have strong communication skills. Training can be provided for those with less experience. This permanent position offers a salary of £31.5k plus benefits.

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid LGV licence and have substantial driving experience.
  • Previous instructor or training experience is highly desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Manpower are currently recruiting a permanent dedicated and enthusiastic LGV Instructor for our client based in the Bolton area. The salary is £31.5k paid on the 26th of each month. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm with occasional early starts and weekends (Paid at overtime)

About the role:

Deliver LGV Licence Acquisition training to a high standard, ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their tests.

Conduct training sessions at our centre and at various customer sites.

Assess and support drivers through Driver Assessor and NRI programmes.

Provide Yard Shunter training and other related training as required.

Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Represent the company professionally at all times and provide excellent customer service
