We’re looking for a Logistics Executive to join our high-performing Operations team and own the systems, warehouses, and workflows that power the Healf experience. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our stock moves with speed and precision—from purchase order to doorstep—while solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating cross-functionally with vendors, carriers, and tech teams.
This is not a clipboard-on-the-factory-floor role. We’re scaling fast and need someone who can think in systems, dive into data, and thrive in beautiful chaos. If you’ve got an operator’s brain, a builder’s mindset, and a bias toward action, we want to hear from you.
Investigate and resolve PO mismatches and delivery discrepancies.
Communicate with Ops Team and carriers to reconcile and correct incorrect shipments.
Monitor and troubleshoot order flow between WMS and Shopify.
Identify root causes of failed or delayed integrations and coordinate timely resolution with internal or external tech teams.
Oversee daily DC functions including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment, and proactively manage mispick or mis-ship issues.
Track and report on inventory discrepancies and work with teams to resolve them.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery and receipt of goods in alignment with PO requirements.
Manage inventory expiry tracker and vendor returns process on site.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
Generate reports related to shipment issues, warehouse performance, and inventory accuracy.
3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or a related field.
Solid understanding of warehouse workflows, shipment discrepancy handling, and order lifecycle management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience using Shopify for e-commerce fulfillment and order management.
Previous experience working with or coordinating logistics through GXO or other 3PL providers.
Proficiency in Excel and logistics reporting.
