Be part of a global leader in aviation support services. At AJW Group, we specialise in the supply, exchange, repair, and lease of aircraft spare parts for commercial and business aviation worldwide.

As a Logistics Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our parts and consignments reach customers, both in the UK and around the globe, on time and in full. You’ll join a knowledgeable and supportive team, where collaboration is key and no two days are the same. We have vacancies available across the night shift (4 on, 4 off, 0700-1900) and day shift (4 on, 4 off, 0700-1900).

What will you be doing

• Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through global shipping
• Research and use the most economical and fast-paced methods of moving consignments globally
• Decide on the best method of shipping
• Negotiate the cost of shipping
• Handle, label, and ship dangerous goods
• Collaborate with internal departments, especially the warehouse, to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Meet company goals

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with shipping paperwork, customs, or freight terms
• Confidence working with logistics systems or databases
