We have a fantastic opportunity for Logistics Driver to join the team at our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh.

As part of our back-of-house team, you will be organized, communicate positively with the team, and support the Distribution and Logistics functions between various sites with food, drinks, and equipment deliveries & collections. Your responsibilities include carrying and removing items from van to site and vice versa, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, assisting in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and BOH areas, and managing the ordering of sundries, disposables, and drinks weekly. You will also ensure all events are properly catered and process internal order sheets accurately.

• Assist with deliveries, ensuring proper storage/disposal of all food and drink waste products.
• Basic computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of working under pressure to meet conflicting deadlines.
• Full UK driving license, over 25 for insurance purposes, with at least two years of driving experience.
• Excellent personal hygiene and presentation standards.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• A positive, friendly, yet professional attitude.
• A team player capable of working in a busy environment.
• Experience in high-volume catering environments.
• First aid and food safety qualifications.
