Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time) | High-End E-Commerce Business | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a high-end e-commerce business in their search for an ambitious Logistics Assistant to join their expanding team. As the sole person in logistics, you will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility so this role would suit a driven and proactive person who is keen to develop quickly in their career.

You will be managing the entire logistics function from overseeing orders, communicating with customers, liaising with shipping providers on customs requirements through to solving any issues with damages and providing helpful solutions.

The company is based within an architectural designed office space, surrounded by beautiful products. Responsibilities:

• Sole responsibility for the logistics function
• Working with various teams including finance and technology to ensure orders are processed and received on time
• Reviewing, approving and tracking invoices
• Liaising with shipping providers to understand customs requirements
• Communicating with customers about the status of their order and timescales to ensure a positive customer experience
• Solving any issues relating to damages and warranties

What we need to see (Essential):

• At least 6 months in a Logistics/ Supply Chain Assistant role
• Previous experience working with luxury products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and confident approach
