Job summary

Monica Vinader is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of the logistics team in Acton, London. The role requires hands-on management of web deliveries, carrier escalations, inbound shipments and data analysis to support service levels.

You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and Senior Trade Partner Associate, ensuring accuracy of invoices, HS codes and country of origin data, while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of shipping, carrier operations and customs documentation.
• Data-curious mindset with ability to spot patterns in large data sets.
• Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day escalation point for web shipment delivery issues and chase carriers.
• Own the logistics inbox and triage enquiries with timely, accurate responses.
• Review and approve carrier and supplier invoices for accuracy.
• Support documentation and carrier coordination for wholesale orders.
• Monitor lost-in-post data, build a tracker and provide summaries.
• Oversee inbound shipments and liaise with suppliers and fulfilment.
• Set up and maintain product records with HS codes and origin data.
