  • Book & Track: Book new jobs and monitor shipments using our Freight Management System.
  • Documentation & Customs: Prepare shipping documentation and HM Customs declarations accurately.
  • Communication: Liaise with carriers, customers, and partners, providing timely updates.
  • Problem-Solving: Assist with organizing deliveries and handling customer queries.
  • Team Player: Support your team and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • System Savvy: Ensure accurate and timely updates in our systems and paperwork.
