Moog Aircraft Group is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team at our Wolverhampton facility. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of shipping.

Recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or a similar field will be advantageous. The role requires BPSS clearance, strong computer literacy, and the ability to coordinate transport agents and international shipments.

Job Summary

Moog Aircraft Group is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team at our Wolverhampton facility. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of shipping. Recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or a similar field will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• raising shipping paperwork and commercial invoices
• preparing products for international shipments
• processing shipments through customer portals
• engaging with and coordinating transport agents

General Duties

• ensure all activities comply with current health, safety, and environmental legislation
• maintain a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles
• interact with material controllers and production staff to address daily priorities and issues, and accurately record all stock movements

Relationship Management

• collaborate with the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities
• be an enthusiastic, flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline
• maintain effective communication with other departmental staff

• bring fresh ideas and encourage change
• be a team player with a positive attitude

Key Knowledge

• experience in logistics and manufacturing processes is required

Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
