Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to work for a well-established organisation based within Wetherby.

The successful applicant will be responsible for carrying out shipping, order processing, product planning, and customer service duties, reporting to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. On receipt of client order, review against estimate and ensure that all finishes and prices are correct. Place orders by email or fax with all relevant manufacturers specified.
  2. Check and acknowledge customer orders.
  3. Generate all invoices, packing notes, and other documentation ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  4. Arrange despatch by appropriate carriers.
  5. Negotiate and present Letters of Credit and manage other commercial arrangements.
  6. Liaise with carriers regarding customs clearance for goods.
  7. Raise order confirmation to client, including anticipated delivery and installation date.
  8. Respond to emails from clients, e.g., advise on lead times.
  9. Assist with shipping and producing required documentation.
  10. Liaise with business locations worldwide.
  11. Work with clients and representatives to schedule deliveries and arrange installation.
  12. Contact clients to receive feedback on installation.
  13. Gain product knowledge through training sessions.
  14. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions to perform duties and support organisational development.
Experience

Experience in senior administration with excellent customer service skills, time management, and the ability to prioritise workloads with excellent organisation skills, especially when juggling multiple tasks.

Salary: £26k to £28k depending on experience
