Logistics Administrator

Due to sustained growth, we have a role available as a Logistics Administrator for an import/export food company based in modern offices. During current restrictions, this role will be based 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

The role includes:

1. Logging customer's product call-offs
2. Running daily delivery reports
3. Arranging all stock deliveries and releases
4. Issuing invoices and credit notes
5. Ad hoc spot purchases
6. Checking and approving haulage and warehousing bills
7. Custom clearance of bonded stock

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a similar office-based role
• Possess excellent PC literacy skills
• Be organized and able to plan ahead
• Have strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and confidently both on the phone and in person, internally and externally
