To help support the Logistics department, we are now looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Logistics Professional, who can add real value to a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Producing Trade Support Service (TSS) documentation and the accompanying communication with hauliers.
  • Assisting in ensuring the department remains compliant in regards to export documentation for EIRE and overseas loads and liaising with hauliers.
  • Completion of all departmental demand requirements and following through to completion when required.
  • Coordinating of all emergency maintenance required on FLTs and Shunter units i.e. tyre punctures and mechanical faults and following through to completion.
  • Ensuring that all hauliers goods in transit and Freight Liability Insurance are kept up to date and stored accordingly.
  • Coordinating haulier requirement for load securing equipment as and when needed (Ratchet Straps and Corner Protectors) and monitoring of subsequent stock levels of these items.
  • Monitoring invoices and signing off where necessary.
  • Liaise with hauliers into Demurrage claims.
  • Coordinating of haulier damage and moved in transit claims.
  • Supporting the traffic desk where required.
  • Departmental audits and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in manufacturing logistics management.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
