Position Title: Logistic Assistant

Location: Tamworth, on-site

Position Overview:

The Logistic Assistant supports warehousing and transportation operations, ensuring efficient handling of outbound and inbound processes. This includes managing warehouse picking notes, shipping documentation, and coordinating with transport partners while ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires strong communication and SAP proficiency, along with attention to detail in logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review and manage outbound and inbound delivery monitors in SAP

• Create and process warehouse picking and shipping orders

• Review transport costs and product details for accuracy

• Complete post goods issue processes efficiently

• Generate export and dangerous goods documentation (training provided)

• Enter and track shipments on transport partners' online portals

• Arrange reverse logistics and source transit quotes

• Monitor supplier delivery performance and review inventory reports

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• SAP experience or similar ERP system (essential)

• General IT skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented mindset

• Hazardous goods experience
