Summary:

As a Logistics Coordinator at FET, you will be responsible for coordinating products from suppliers to FET and managing the logistical process of each shipment. You will work with vendors, internal departments, and shippers to ensure timely and budget-compliant shipments.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Arrange and track shipments, resolve issues during shipping, from booking to receipt.
• Prepare shipping documents, booking requests, Bill of Lading, and customs documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipping data in the ERP system and logistics reports.
• Log shipment data and audit shipping invoices for accuracy.
• Submit month-end financial reports, including US Customs Withdrawals, In-Transit Inventory, Freight, Brokerage, Duty, and Tariff accruals.
• Work independently, managing multiple processes.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safety-first culture.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with financial reports related to customs, inventory, and freight.
• Knowledge of international compliance, import/export laws, and customs forms.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation, or warehousing is a plus.
• Minimum two years in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics companies is advantageous.
