I am super excited to be working again with an international cosmetics company originating in the US with a growing UK supply chain team who are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with a hunger to learn and a willingness to get hands-on!

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily outbound operations from the UK 3PL, with a key focus on managing B2B logistics to ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of customer orders.

In this role,

You will…

1. Manage B2B order fulfilment by coordinating outbound priorities with the UK 3PL and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries
2. Act as the main point of contact for the Sales Team on order-related issues, providing updates and resolving queries
3. Coordinate international logistics, including export documentation, proof of export, and customer returns
4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Inventory, Finance, Procurement, and Planning to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy in ERP (NetSuite)
5. Support operational improvements, including outbound forecasting, SKU master data management, and ad-hoc logistics support

About you:

1. 2+ years experience in logistics/operations with FMCG experience essential (ideally beauty/cosmetics as a bonus)
2. Proven track record working with 3PLs and handling both national and international (especially European) logistics
3. Proficient with Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
4. Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a “get-it-done” mindset
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in fast-paced, growing environments
