This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient management of import logistics, shipping processes, and on-time deliveries. Responsibilities

Track import shipments and maintain logistics databases

Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, Warehouses, and Freight Forwarders

Review and manage import documents and customs procedures

Schedule deliveries and handle pre-alerts

Communicate across departments to ensure timely arrivals

What we're looking for

Experience in logistics or supply chain operations

Knowledge of import freight and customs regulations

Skilled in Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
