Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems? Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator and help keep freight moving across the country!

In this role, you’ll coordinate daily shipments, communicate with customers and carriers, and make sure deliveries stay on track. Every day is fast-paced and different — perfect for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and getting things done.

Shift
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday standard business hours
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery
  • Track and monitor freight, resolving any delays or disruptions
  • Support customers and carriers via email and phone with updates and problem resolution
  • Process carrier paperwork and invoices; assist with billing issues when needed
  • Jump in to support teammates and accounts as needed (cross training provided)
Work Environment

Fast-paced, team-oriented logistics office setting. Frequent use of computer systems, email, and phone communication.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, logistics, retail, call center, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and business software (training provided on logistics systems).

Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing logistics organization
  • Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
