  4. Manage procurement processes including supplier sourcing, quote negotiation, and purchase order management.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
  6. Assist in processing invoices and reconciling logistics costs.
  7. Support internal teams with proactive supply chain updates and delivery timelines.
  8. Ensure all logistics activities are compliant with company policies, EU transport regulations, and relevant documentation standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or procurement, with a clear understanding of EU transport requirements.
  2. Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  4. Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience using procurement or logistics platforms is a plus.
  6. A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve supply chain issues quickly and professionally.
  7. Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
