Role Overview

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity combining logistics coordination and administrative support. As a Graduate Logistics Coordinator / Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods across the supply chain while also supporting the wider operations team with essential administrative tasks. You'll work with international logistics providers, customers, and internal departments to meet service KPIs, while also keeping documentation and systems accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

  • Manage the end-to-end order process from booking to delivery using the ERP system.
  • Monitor in-transit shipments and ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) performance targets are met.
  • Liaise with international freight partners, hauliers, and customs brokers.
  • Track shipments using logistics tools and provide customers with timely updates.
  • Attend service reviews and contribute to performance improvement discussions.
  • Identify and support opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costs.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment and delivery data.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
  • Support the wider operations team with scheduling, filing, and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and customer service reports.
  • Handle incoming communications via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
