The company:
Our client is an EPC business specialising in the design and manufacturing of products used within the aluminium processing industry. They design a range of catalogue products and machines as well as offering a turnkey solution for large factory installations. These products are often used within the recycling and manufacturing industries.
They currently employ 90 members of staff within the UK and have experienced a turnover of over GBP30 million in the last year and have been established for more than 40 years in the UK.
As a business, they are experiencing growth and a consistent large volume of incoming projects globally across Europe, Canada, and the Middle East, with upcoming projects ranging from GBP8-10 Million in value. As such, they are looking to expand their design team to allow them to run additional projects simultaneously and take on additional workload to help push the business forward.
The Role:
We are looking for a detail-driven and dependable Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in international freight and shipping. This role is critical to ensuring smooth supply chain operations, accurate documentation, and on-time deliveries for complex engineering projects.
You will be joining a close-knit supply chain team of 4, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager and working closely with purchasing and costing teams to ensure all transport and shipping processes are well-executed.
