Logistics Coordinator

Salary: GBP13.33 GBP14.36 per hour

Our client, a well-established leader in the logistics and distribution sector, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator with strong IT skills to join their busy operations team in Petersfield. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you ll be managing the company s shipping system to keep products moving efficiently and on time.

The Role:

• Operate and manage the company s shipping/tracking software to schedule and monitor deliveries.

• Process orders, generate shipping labels, and produce accurate delivery documentation.

• Track shipments in real time, proactively resolving any delivery issues.

• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate movement records for compliance and reporting purposes.

About You:

• Confident using shipping/logistics platforms and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data quickly.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across departments.

• Experience in logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, or transport coordination is an advantage.
