Arvato: Control Tower Operator

Arvato, a leading provider of logistics and supply chain management services, is seeking a dedicated control tower operator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order processing, internal flow of goods, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). If you are detail-oriented, solution-driven, and have experience in logistics and warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!

Your Tasks

1. Plan, monitor, and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with specified SLAs/KPIs.
2. Identify and resolve problems independently, initiate appropriate measures, and communicate with specialist departments and management.
3. Execute KPI reports, conduct system research, and assist in capacity planning.
4. Conduct ABC analyses and organize pick faces for efficient warehouse operations.
5. Support and implement logistics and warehouse management projects.
6. Serve as the primary contact and support for departments, account/operations management, and Armada support.
7. Provide SAP first-level IT support.
8. Conduct inventories, stock counts, checks, and postings accurately and efficiently.

Your Profile

• Strong solution orientation with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processes.
• Proficiency in SAP (WMS) and experience with JIRA (desirable).
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, good numerical skills, and record-keeping abilities.
• Proactive and initiative-driven to ensure timely task completion.
• Collaborative team player capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Committed to organizational values and behaviors.
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take corrective actions.
