Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Global Primary Transportation team. You will help ensure data accuracy, improve forecasting and support process improvements that drive customer fulfilment across the global network.

You will collaborate with carriers, IT and supply chain teams to resolve issues, deliver forecasts, and develop dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain operations or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping processes, import/export activities and transportation documentation.
• Confidence with data and reporting tools, including advanced Excel; SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain shipment data accuracy within SAP, ensuring timely and reliable tracking across the global transportation network.
• Act as a key point of contact for transportation systems, collaborating with carriers, customs, IT and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and drive improvements.
• Monitor carrier compliance with data updates and service level agreements, identifying opportunities to strengthen visibility and performance.
• Deliver regular inbound and carrier forecasts, analysing variances and partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop, maintain and enhance logistics reporting and dashboards, providing insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support transportation projects, process improvements and data governance initiatives that enhance efficiency, automation and customer service.
