Logistics Coordinator

About the Company

Artus Air is a growing climate tech business developing innovative HVAC systems that help buildings use energy more efficiently. With a strong design-led approach and a patented product range, they’re expanding across the UK and internationally - and building out their operations team to support that growth.

They’re now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their Edinburgh-based team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across departments, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

What the Role Involves

You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and working closely with production, sales, and third-party logistics providers. The role also supports sustainability efforts, from packaging reuse to carbon-efficient delivery options, and contributes to improving internal systems and processes.

It’s a varied role that suits someone who’s organised, proactive, and happy to get "stuck in" wherever needed.

What They’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain within a product-based business
  • Familiarity with project-based delivery - ideally in manufacturing, construction, or building services
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Comfortable using logistics systems and Microsoft Office

Desirable:

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, NetSuite)
  • Interest in sustainability and improving operational impact
  • Analytical skills for tracking performance and reporting
