Responsibilities
  • Support the Vehicle Logistics Manager and other members of the Sales team
  • Be the central point of contact for the Omoda & Jaecoo Dealer Network and RSM’s in queries relating to vehicle delivery, registration, vehicle damage, order fulfilment
  • Assist Vehicle Logistics Manager with admin duties such as submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, clearing down SMMT disputes, systems admin
  • Daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure processing of vehicles/vehicle delivery in a timely manner
  • Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Assisting other O&J internal departments with any information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration
  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with dealers
Requirements
  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
  • Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
