Permanent Position

Monday to Friday

37.5 hours per week

9am 17:30

Location: Avonmouth (BS11) OR Severn Beach (BS35)

Salary DOE £23,500 - £28,000 per year

The role -

As a Logistics Contracts Co-ordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for managing the full order fulfilment process and ensuring seamless deliveries.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch to meet customer KPIs

Managing the flow of orders with warehouse team leaders and overseeing inventory integrity

Troubleshooting delivery issues and investigating any disruptions that arise

Liaising with clients, transport companies, and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries

Supporting all supply chain processes, from booking inbound and outbound deliveries to managing shipping documents

Providing exceptional service by handling client queries and working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure seamless operations

Shifts & pay

You will be working 37.5 hours per week

Working hours will be 09:00 17:30
