An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing fire safety suppliers.

On behalf of our client, Mandik UK, we are recruiting for a Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their Bristol-based team.

Mandik is transforming the fire safety landscape within the construction industry and they’re doing it with compliance, quality and integrity at the heart of everything they do.

Since launching in the UK in 2021, the business has seen rapid and sustainable growth from £2.4m turnover in year one to over £7.5m in year four. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a logistics professional who thrives on precision, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow with a company that rewards high performance and initiative.

About the Role

This is a customer-facing logistics position with real variety and responsibility.

The successful candidate will be the key link between Mandik’s Czech manufacturing facility, freight partners, and UK-based construction clients.

From arranging international collections to coordinating final-mile site deliveries, this role plays a vital part in maintaining the company’s reputation for reliability and excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and booking collections from Mandik’s factory in Czechia via freight suppliers.
  • Liaising with customers and freight providers to organise deliveries to construction sites
  • Preparing delivery documentation and internal order tracking
  • Monitoring lead times and updating customers on order status
  • Managing incoming invoices from freight and manufacturing partners
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any delivery queries or issues
  • Answering calls and maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and team development

About you:

Mandik is looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to the table.

While logistics experience is essential, it’s the person behind the CV that matters most. This opportunity would suit someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working as part of a team, and is ready to take ownership of their work.

You will Ideally have:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication – both written and verbal
  • A confident, personable phone manner
  • A problem-solving approach and willingness to take initiative
  • The ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A team-player attitude with a commitment to high standards

What Mandik Offers

  • Competitive salary (likely £35,000 top end but open to the right candidate + annual performance bonus)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Matched pension contributions (up to 6%)
  • Modern office in Aztec West with free on-site parking
  • A supportive, ambitious working culture that values input and initiative
  • A genuine opportunity to grow professionally within a high-performing team

Interested but not sure if you tick every box?

Mandik believes in hiring for potential and values individuals who are eager to learn and grow. If the role sounds exciting but you’re unsure if you meet every requirement, get in touch and we can discuss.

ISL Talent is working as Mandik's retained talent partner so all applications and short listing will be managed via them.
