The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with a strong understanding of Customs clearance and Import/Export procedures. This role involves coordinating shipments, liaising with clients and overseas partners, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients, overseas partners, and agents to manage logistics operations.
  • Managing documentation related to customs and shipment processes to ensure compliance and smooth movement of goods.
  • Managing the movement of clients' goods into the country, complying with international trade laws.
  • Engaging with customers regularly, negotiating rates, and providing quotations.
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork and information are received for shipments.
  • Handling import documentation from start to finish, including customs entries.
  • Accurately inputting and progressing documentation within the system.
It is ideally preferred that candidates have experience with Customs Ocean Imports. Exposure to Air Services or a keen interest in developing knowledge in this area is highly beneficial.

Candidates should be confident in using Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint, possess a professional attitude, and have a drive to identify and implement improvements.

Strong organisational skills, a keen eye for maintaining thorough records, and excellent time management are essential. The ability to communicate confidently at all levels is also required.
