Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Onsite
Salary: From £35,802 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and delivering key risk reduction projects across facility
Collating and analysing data and providing weekly updates for management
Ensuring the health and safety of all team members by operating in full compliance with company policies and procedures, including supporting with risk and COSHH assessments
Provide support to Team Leader in their absence and contributing to team development through training and upskilling team members, maintaining training records
Liaising with internal cross functional teams to create and form solution options
Driving continuous improvement across the work environment by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
Your skills and experiences:
Demonstratable experience working within Logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
Experience with Data analysis, interpretation and data visualisation
Excellent stakeholder management experience with an ability to guide and influence
Desirable:
Knowledge of SAP
