About the Role

As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managinginbound stockandoutbound sales, ensuring smooth operations across our warehouses and 3PL partners. You’ll collaborate closely with production sites to forecast, plan, and procure efficiently keeping our supply chain agile and our customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across multiple warehouses
• Communicate with production sites on planning, forecasting, and procurement
• Monitor stock levels, damages, and returns, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure customer commitments are met within service level agreements
• Manage invoicing and reduce credit/debit note discrepancies
• Track and challenge supplier invoices to ensure cost accuracy
• Support master data maintenance for operational efficiency
