Job description



We are looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations and assist Team Leaders in delivering departmental targets. You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling of aviation inventory in line with company procedures and airworthiness standards.
Key Responsibilities


  • Carry out material orders and movements in priority sequence

  • Ensure goods are correctly unloaded, handled and processed

  • Support continuous improvement and achieve operational targets

  • Maintain accurate documentation and use SAP and associated systems

  • Build strong working relationships internally and externally

  • Work cross-functionally across inbound, outbound, repairs and tool control

  • Provide regular updates to Team Leaders and participate in on-call roster


Skills & Experience


  • Previous experience in an aviation supply chain or regulated warehouse environment preferred

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Knowledge of UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations desirable

  • IT literate (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
