Job Description Summary

MESM (Medical Equipment Supplies & Management) specializes in sourcing, supplying, servicing, and providing end-of-study support for medical and laboratory equipment in the clinical trial industry. We currently supply specialized medical equipment worldwide, with our customer base and geographical reach expanding daily.

Based at MESM in Chorley, UK, the Calibrations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This role involves overseeing the successful completion of the End of Study programme, collaborating with vendors, customers, and clinical trial sites.

How Will You Make an Impact & What Are the Requirements

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the End of Study Programme and related tasks within the EoS pillar. Your responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating collection requests (internal and external) to ensure timely completion.
2. Maintaining end-of-study records to ensure all documents are available upon request.
3. Preparing customs paperwork to meet customs requirements.
4. Liaising with Customs Brokers and Forwarders to ensure accuracy of Import/Export hazardous Material documentation.
5. Managing revenue streams to ensure all invoicing aligns with MESM TAT and is balanced against costs.
6. Providing forecasts for financial and OTIF targets and communicating these to key stakeholders.
7. Assisting with analyzing, reporting, and presenting performance metrics and areas of concern.
8. Supporting the commercial team to meet objectives by identifying and communicating performance issues.
9. Providing resources and support to the operations manager and wider business, including third-party vendors.

Experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment is highly desirable.
