Job description

What team does this sit within?

This role sits within the Operations team. The team that are responsible for delivering a first class roll out of fully funded and managed serviced EV infrastructure solutions.

What will you be doing?

As an Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Efficiently schedule our engineers for surveys, maintenance and installs using our JMS
  • Ensure work is planned within Customer SLA’s
  • Communicate with New and existing customers.
  • Generate reports, support forecasting, and help improve processes.
  • Organise and plan accommodation when required
  • Raise and Manage PO’s in the ERP System
  • Managing Fuel/EV Cards
  • Flexibility for tasks outside the day to day role

Are you?

We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a similar role, as well as the following qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics/workforce planning preferable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing needs
  • Familiarity with EV charging tech is a bonus (training provided)
